This book focuses on the issue of depression. The goal of this book was to highlight the hardships realities and actual feel of depression. I felt that a lot of the clinical material really does not prepare, or inform, you on how depression really is. This book allows the viewer to either relate more to what their going through or inform someone who has no idea how depression is.
